- Automatic provisioning after payment: Choose a region, plan and system image, then place your order. Creation starts once payment is complete; track progress in the order and instance status in the console.
- Multiple plan types: Each region offers several plan types that differ in bandwidth, traffic, system disk and network route. They are listed together in one table by price, and you can filter by type, CPU and memory.
- System and application images: Choose a system image when ordering; some regions also offer application images with common software preinstalled. Available images vary by region; the images listed on the order page apply.
- Self-service upgrades: Upgrade to a higher plan. You pay only the difference, and the expiry date stays the same.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does provisioning take?
After payment, the system creates the instance automatically. The time varies by region, image and configuration, and we do not promise a specific duration. The order and instance status in the console show the progress; if creation fails, the order is passed to staff for manual handling.
Why does one region have plans with similar specs but different prices?
Plans differ in network route, CPU type and included traffic, so their prices differ too. For example, the International bandwidth type uses a BGP route that is not optimized for mainland China and is usually cheaper. The table lists each plan’s bandwidth, traffic and system disk so you can choose what fits.
Can I get a refund?
You can submit a refund request in the console. Once approved, the unused months are refunded to your account balance at the monthly amount you actually paid; the instance is reclaimed at the same time and its data is not kept. Bonus time is not converted to cash.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Renew manually in the console before expiry, choosing from set terms between 1 and 36 months. What happens to the instance after expiry is governed by the terms of service.
How is plan traffic calculated?
Plans that state a monthly traffic allowance are calculated as stated, and usage can be checked in the console; buying traffic packages yourself is not currently supported. For plans that do not state a traffic allowance, the description on the order page applies.
