01 Register an Account and Complete Identity Verification (KYC)
Visit the exchange's official website to register an account (using an email is recommended). After logging in, submit your ID card or passport photo under 'Identity Verification'. Approval usually takes 5–30 minutes.

02 Deposit Fiat to Your Exchange Account
After completing KYC, go to the 'Deposit' or 'P2P' section. P2P is recommended for Asian users: choose the USDT trading zone, find a reputable merchant, follow the prompts to transfer via Alipay/WeChat/bank card, and once confirmed, USDT will arrive in your spot account.

04 Withdraw from the Exchange to Your Tovanix Deposit Address
Return to the Tovanix account dashboard, click 'Deposit to Account Balance', enter the amount and select the payment currency (e.g., USDT TRC20). After the order is generated, copy the deposit address. On the exchange's 'Withdrawal' page, paste the address, make sure to select the same network as shown by Tovanix (TRC20/ERC20/BEP20, etc.), and submit after confirming everything is correct.

Yes. Tovanix account balances need to be topped up with cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC, etc.). If you don't have any cryptocurrency at all, the most convenient way is to buy some with fiat (CNY/USD/EUR) on a major exchange and then withdraw it to Tovanix.
Why Doesn't Tovanix Directly Support CNY / USD Deposits?
Tovanix is a blockchain-based cryptocurrency payment platform; all fund routes are completed on-chain and it does not have a bank account. This design brings benefits such as borderless transactions, instant settlement, low fees, and no KYC restrictions. The fiat deposit step is handled by the exchange you trust.
Is It Safe to Withdraw from an Exchange to Tovanix?
