Console tour: where each service lives

The Tovanix console has two layers, a workspace and per-service consoles:

• Signing in lands on the workspace; entering a service swaps the whole left menu for that service
• The breadcrumb reads Tovanix / service / current page, and its second level returns to that service overview
• Services: multi-chain payments, TRON energy rental, virtual cards, cloud services, SMTP aggregation API, SMS, Astrenix AI, proxy subscriptions, digital store and the marketing engine
• Account matters sit under Platform then My account: finance, account settings, API keys and messages
• Three support routes: my tickets, the support centre and my community

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can I not see a particular service?

What appears depends on platform configuration and on what you have activated; some entries only show up after you subscribe or purchase. Treat the menu you actually see as authoritative.

Is the console the same account as this website?

Yes. The website, the console and every service share one account and one balance, so there is nothing to register separately.
