Topping up and your balance

Turning crypto into Tovanix account balance, and reading bills and withdrawal rules:

One account balance (denominated in USD) covers the whole platform, alongside points that offset service fees directly
Three common channels: a fixed TRON / TRC20 deposit address, an order generated from an amount, and an exchange internal transfer
You can top up without holding any crypto: pick a card or wallet method, enter the amount, and you are taken to a payment page to pay. The balance is credited automatically once payment succeeds. The methods currently open are listed below.
Always send over the network the page names; sending on the wrong chain never arrives and cannot be recovered
Finance has four tabs: bills, withdrawals, transfers and points
Withdrawals return to source for every top-up method: on-chain top-ups to the sending address, card / Alipay / WeChat Pay top-ups to the original payment account, exchange internal transfers to the exchange account on file; there is a request frequency limit and a waiting period after crediting, the amount is frozen on submission and can be cancelled before review

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a top-up take to arrive?

It depends on how fast the chain confirms. The platform credits automatically once it detects and confirms the transfer; if it sits on waiting, use the retry and bills links on the page to check.

Can I withdraw to a different address?

No. Every top-up method returns to source only: on-chain top-ups to the sending address, card / Alipay / WeChat Pay top-ups to the original payment account, and exchange internal transfers to the exchange account on file. The withdrawal panel has no field for typing an address.
