Using Telegram bot control

Connect your own Telegram bot and handle support, broadcasts and results in one console:

  • Create a bot with @BotFather and paste its token; message delivery is set up for you
  • Answer customers in Conversations with saved replies, AI auto-replies and two-way translation
  • Broadcast by stage, source, language and tags; recipients are fixed on submit and sending follows Telegram's rate limit
  • Entry links show subscribers, reachable people and closed deals per ad channel
  • Turn on menus, lead forms, follow to unlock, referrals, giveaways, check-ins, unsubscribe and human handoff; sequences and coupon pools follow up automatically
  • Sell codes with the automatic card shop: crypto payments go to your own multi-chain payment app and codes are delivered on arrival — by payment link per order, or from a shop balance topped up through each customer's dedicated address

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't some subscribers receive broadcasts?

Telegram only lets a bot message people who wrote to it first; people who blocked the bot, unsubscribed or were blocked by you are skipped too. The editor shows how many fall into each group.

What happens when a coupon pool runs out?

Messages using that pool aren't sent, and a failed message is recorded in the conversation. After adding codes, resend to those customers from the conversation.
