Using SMS Verification

Two service lines share this section, and their rules differ completely:

SMS verification: pick the target service, then the country; listings are sorted by success rate and waiting starts automatically once ordered
A number is valid for 20 minutes and is released on expiry; if no code arrives you can cancel for a refund 3 minutes after ordering
Orders with a received code cannot be refunded. Ordinary orders that expire without a code are handled by automatic refund processing; same-number renewals follow separate rules. Use received codes promptly
Dedicated mailboxes will be discontinued on 2026-11-15: No longer sold or renewed; the service ends on 2026-11-15. Existing inboxes can be refunded for the remaining days.

The verification code never arrives — what now?

Request a resend so the platform sends again. If there is still nothing, you can cancel for a refund once 3 minutes have passed since ordering; the number expires and is released after 20 minutes.
