SMS verification and dedicated inboxes

Two service lines share this section, and their rules differ completely:

• SMS verification: pick the target service, then the country; listings are sorted by success rate and waiting starts automatically once ordered
• A number is valid for 20 minutes and is released on expiry; if no code arrives you can cancel for a refund 3 minutes after ordering
• Orders where a code arrived, or which timed out, cannot be refunded — use the code as soon as you receive it
• Dedicated inbox: an annual subscription priced as the domain base price times a prefix-length factor (11x at 4 characters down to 1x from 8)
• An inbox lasts 1 year with a 7-day grace period before expiry, after which it is reclaimed; forwarding to mail or Telegram is activated separately

The verification code never arrives — what now?

Request a resend so the platform sends again. If there is still nothing, you can cancel for a refund once 3 minutes have passed since ordering; the number expires and is released after 20 minutes.

What happens if a dedicated inbox is not renewed?

There is a 7-day grace period before expiry in which you can renew. Past that, the inbox is reclaimed and released to someone else.
